During the automotive manufacturing process, many automotive parts, such as rack shafts, crankshafts, gear shafts, camshafts, pin shafts, cylinder blocks (internal combustion engines), cylinder heads, valve cores, fuel injectors, etc., need to be drilled with gun drills for lubrication, weight reduction and fuel injection. Because such tools are small in size and light in weight, our company has developed double-axis and four-axis gun drills for processing such tools, and is equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system to improve work efficiency and reduce manual labor.
